Translate Menu AI (hereinafter: "App") is created by Anna Zaripova (hereinafter: "we", "us" or "our").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE APP.
By using the App, you affirmatively accept these Terms of Use.
Do not use the App if you do not accept these Terms.
1. USE OF THE APP
1.1 By using the App, you consent to our processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://menu-api.getvitality.now/privacy. Our Privacy Policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).
1.2 You agree to use the App only for purposes permitted by (a) these Terms and (b) any applicable law or regulation. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding the download, installation, and use of the App.
1.3 You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any content accessed through the App or third-party services. You are solely responsible for your use of the App.
1.4 The App may communicate with our servers from time to time to check for updates, bug fixes, and new versions. By installing the App, you agree to such automatically requested updates.
1.5 We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the App or any features within it at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
2.1 The App offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed via your Apple Account.
2.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
2.3 You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account -> Subscriptions.
2.4 We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All content, design, and code within the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
4.1 The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
4.2 AI-generated dish information (names, descriptions, nutrition, allergens) is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always verify allergen and dietary information directly with the restaurant before consuming any food.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. CHILDREN
6.1 The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App inappropriately, contact us at tcrims@yandex.ru and we will take appropriate action.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
7.1 We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
